Welcome to the 2007-2008 school year at Edgewood Elementary, home of the Eagles, where I am extremely proud to be the assistant principal! It is evident teaching and learning are the top priorities of our students, staff and parents. Edgewood Elementary has a wonderful reputation of students, staff and parents working together to develop a "Legacy of Learning." I believe it is critical that we all work together to create a caring and collaborative environment that helps our students achieve to the best of their abilities. I hope you will actively participate in the school community through membership in the PTA, volunteering in your child's classroom, and throughout the building in areas such as the media center. The success of our children depends on a strong partnership between the home, the school and the community.
