Mrs. Sue Smith - Edgewood's 2009-2010 Teacher of the Year!!!

Mrs. Sue Smith is Edgewood's Speech teacher.  She is standing with the principal of Edgewood Elementary - Mrs. Melana Cassell.

  

   Edgewood Makes AYP!

AYP is one of the cornerstones of the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. It is a measure of year-to-year student achievement on statewide assessments.

 

Edgewood was selected as a Title I Distinguished School for 2009-2010.  This is the 6th year in a row!  Great job Edgewood!

 

Our next PTA meeting is scheduled for December 15th!  Third grade will be performing.  We hope to see you there.
